I would define leadership as "Doing what you want to do at the time you want to do" [some people might call this is as Dictatorship]
I would also say
Leadership is taking the rap for the crap of others.
Leadership is all about being a Pain in the ...
Leadership is all about bearing the Pain in the ...
Leadership is making others do your donkey work.
[some people might call this as managership rather than leadership]

Well, there are leaders and leaders , but in my book a great leader is one who inspires others to follow.
